Meditation Class

Meditation helps you stay in a clear-headed state, so that when challenges come at you, you can deal with them like a Ninja – in a calm thoughtful way.
I teach simple and effective Buddhist meditation techniques, which focuses on the illusory body, generating loving-kindness and cultivating a positive mind to make real progress towards enlightenment. I will introduce you to the practice of meditation in a gentle and practical way. Zoom or Skype Meditation Class Available
